- She is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and currently holds a Six Sigma Certification.
- Katherine has experienced the full-life-cycle of parenting a BPS student through graduation, and is thrilled to be the proud parent of a teacher working in a nearby district.

Katherine is Vice Chair of the Fox Hill School Building and deeply invested in bringing a new Fox Hill School to Burlington. Find out more here.

As School Committee Chair, Katherine conducts fair, open and inclusive meetings in full compliance with MA Open Meeting Laws. Additionally, she serves as Vice-chair of the Fox Hll Building Committee and appoints numerous subcommittees. She proudly represents BPS at the community, state and federal levels.

Katherine serves as Vice Chair of the Fox Hill New School Building Project. She hopes to continue leveraging her professional experience reviewing RFP’s, RFI’s and negotiating contracts with major corporations. These skills are imperative to delivering new school buildings to the Burlington community, on schedule and within budget.
